Q. Does CPEI make me certified as a Podiatrist?


A. This site will allow you to attain some of the points needed to keep your existing registration. According to the Podiatrists Registration Board, Online Education accounts for 5 points towards the required 60 points.


Q. Can I take more than One test and get points?


A. Yes, if you pass a number of tests, these points add up to make your 60 points.


Q. What other ways can I get points?


A. Refer to the Podiatrists Registration Board ( http://www.podreg.health.nsw.gov.au/ ) for more information on getting points to remain registered.

Q. What if I fail a test, when can I take it again?

A. CPEI have set a 24 hour time limit to their course modules. If you take a test and fail, you will be able to do the test again, however it will only be available after 24 hours has lapsed. Also, the test will be slightly different the next time you do it, not all the questions are going to be the same.


Q. Can I change my email address?

A. Since your email address is used as your user ID, it isn't possible to change it. If you do have a different email address that you wish to use since the time of signing up with us, you will need to create a new account. If you wish to transfer your history of courses passed and certificates provided, please send us a request from the Contact Us page.


Q. Can I get a copy of my PDF certificate if I have lost it?

Yes you can, we anticipated that some people would require copies, so automated this within our system. If you log in to our site, and go back to a course that you have already completed, you will be able to send yourself the certificate, as long as you have passed of course. Just click on begin course Icon, and our system will already know if you have passed or not, and give you the options.
